FRIDAY SCHEDULE
SATURDAY SCHEDULE
General Shape of the day:
- First performance starts at 8:00 am
- Upon your arrive, teachers please check in at the Administration Area
- Proceed to your assigned equipment room to place instrument cases and personal belongings. An accompanying adult supervisor may stay at this room. Combos will not have a separate equipment room, but will proceed directly to their warm-up room
- Performances will be 25 minutes long. Following each performance, there will be a 40 minute Adjudication Clinic for performers
- Lunch times will be varied. There are many food choices within walking distance of the Bell Performing Arts Centre
- Final Performance begins at 5:00 pm
