| 8:35 | Classes begin |
| 10:15 | Recess |
| 10:30 | Classes resume |
| 11:50 | Noon break |
| 12:05 | Lunch bell (go outside) |
| 12:35 | Classes resume |
| 14:35 | Students are dismissed |
| 14:50 | Supervision on playground ends |

Reporting Student Absences/Lates
If your child will be absent or late, it's important to phone 604-592-2913 or email chimneyhill@surreyschools.ca.
Our school has Voicemail, so a message can be left at any time of the day or night.
We are a very large school, so it is appreciated when parents call and leave a message.
School Closures
From time to time classes may have to be cancelled temporarily for various reasons. Parents are advised to listen to radio stations CKNW (dial 980 AM) News 1130 (dial 1130 AM) or CBC (dial 690 AM) for information about the cancellation of classes.
